Shunyata Tribal Belly Dance Ensemble

Shunyata Belly Dance is a professional tribal belly dance ensemble based in Texas but gathers talents from the United States and Europe. The rich cultural inheritance of all the members is portrayed in the dance and music they create, elements that have contributed to the international recognition of the troupe. They debuted in 2006 at the Texas Renaissance Festival and were voted as one of the faire’s best shows. With requests for workshops and performances all over the world, the troupe continues to delight new audiences. They continue their training on a regular basis and perform at various venues in Texas including the Texas Renaissance Festival.
